Our journey begins with a ride in a traditional highlander horse-drawn carriage.
We will start a day with a visit to the historic chapel in Jaszczurówka, designed by the most prominent architect of that era, Stanisław Witkiewicz.
The next highlight of the itinerary promises a thrilling experience! We will stop at Wielka Krokiew, the legendary ski jump where world-class athletes train and where the Ski Jumping World Cup is held annually. We'll ascend to its summit, stand on the starting platform, and feel like competitors just before launching into a jump. The bravest among us will even have the chance to slide down the ski jump on an inflatable tube!
Now we head to Kasprowy Wierch – one of the most beautiful peaks in the Tatra Mountains, featuring a breathtaking viewing point at an elevation of 1,987 meters above sea level. This marks the beginning of a true mountain adventure. The viewpoint we will visit attracts nature enthusiasts from around the globe, offering some of the most stunning panoramas in Europe. Let’s enjoy our coffee at the highest restaurant in Poland!
The attractions don’t end there, as the evening will be spent in a traditional highlander tavern. During our traditional highlander dinner, our guide will share fascinating stories about the unique culture of the Podhale highlanders, their attire, customs, and music. Local band will play on ancient shepherd instruments you won’t see anywhere else in the world. A pair of dancers will showcase traditional highlander dances, and those eager to participate will have the opportunity to learn and dance to the lively highlander music.
